Caribbean Rum Punch with Pineapple and Orange Juice 3 

A refreshing, vibrant Caribbean-style punch featuring pineapple and orange juices blended with smooth rum, citrus, and a hint of grenadine for color. Perfect for gatherings, beach days, or tropical-themed dinners.


Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1 ½ cups pineapple juice

  • 1 ½ cups orange juice

  • ¾ cup dark rum

  • ¾ cup light rum

  • ¼ cup coconut rum (optional for tropical sweetness)

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh)

  • 2–3 tablespoons grenadine (to taste for color & sweetness)

  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional, adjust to preference)

  • 1–2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional but traditional)

Fruit & Garnish

  • Orange slices

  • Lime slices

  • Pineapple chunks

  • Maraschino cherries

  • Fresh mint

  • Ice


Instructions

  1. Combine Juices & Rum
    In a large pitcher, mix pineapple juice, orange juice, dark rum, light rum, and coconut rum until well combined.

  2. Add Lime & Sweetness
    Stir in the lime juice, grenadine, and simple syrup if needed. Adjust to your preferred sweetness and tartness.

  3. Add Bitters
    Add 1–2 dashes of Angostura bitters to give the punch its classic Caribbean depth.

  4. Chill
    Refrigerate the punch for at least 30 minutes, or stir in plenty of ice to chill immediately.

  5. Add Fruits
    Add fresh orange slices, lime slices, pineapple chunks, and a few cherries for color and flavor.

  6. Serve
    Pour over ice in tall glasses, garnish with mint or a pineapple wedge, and enjoy!

Add a splash of passion fruit juice or mango nectar for an even fruitier punch.
