๐๐ Caribbean Rum Punch (Pineapple + Orange)
Ingredients (4–6 servings)

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup orange juice

½ cup dark rum
-
½ cup light rum
-
¼ cup coconut rum (optional but delicious)

¼–½ cup grenadine (sweetens + gives sunset color)

2 tbsp fresh lime juice
-
2–3 dashes Angostura bitters (traditional Caribbean touch)
-
Ice (crushed or cubed)
Garnish:
Pineapple wedges, orange slices, cherries, mint
๐น Instructions
1. Combine the juices
In a large pitcher, stir together:

Pineapple juice
-
Orange juice
-
Lime juice
2. Add the rums
Pour in:

Dark rum
-
Light rum
-
Coconut rum (optional)
Stir well.
3. Sweeten
Add the grenadine—start with ¼ cup and adjust to desired sweetness.
4. Add bitters
A couple of dashes of Angostura bitters give it classic Caribbean flavor.
5. Chill
Refrigerate at least 1 hour for the flavors to meld.
6. Serve
Pour over lots of ice.
Garnish with fruit.

Fizzy Version
Add right before serving:

1 cup lemon–lime soda
Stronger Rum Punch
Increase dark rum to ¾ cup.
Tropical Upgrade
Add:

½ cup passion fruit juice

½ cup mango nectar
Spicy Island Twist
Add:

1 thin slice of ginger

Extra bitters
Less Sweet Version
Reduce grenadine or replace with:

1 tbsp pomegranate juice

1 tbsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)

- Mix 1 ounce of coconut rum with 1 ounce of dark rum,
- 1 ounce of light rum,
- 1 ounce of spiced rum,
- 4 ounces of pineapple juice,
- 2 ounces of orange juice, and
- 1 ounce of grenadine.
