Caribbean Rum Punch with Pineapple and Orange

๐Ÿ๐ŸŠ Caribbean Rum Punch (Pineapple + Orange)

Ingredients (4–6 servings)

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • ½ cup dark rum

  • ½ cup light rum

  • ¼ cup coconut rum (optional but delicious)

  • ¼–½ cup grenadine (sweetens + gives sunset color)

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 2–3 dashes Angostura bitters (traditional Caribbean touch)

  • Ice (crushed or cubed)

Garnish:
Pineapple wedges, orange slices, cherries, mint


๐Ÿน Instructions

1. Combine the juices

In a large pitcher, stir together:

  • Pineapple juice

  • Orange juice

  • Lime juice

2. Add the rums

Pour in:

  • Dark rum

  • Light rum

  • Coconut rum (optional)

Stir well.

3. Sweeten

Add the grenadine—start with ¼ cup and adjust to desired sweetness.

4. Add bitters

A couple of dashes of Angostura bitters give it classic Caribbean flavor.

5. Chill

Refrigerate at least 1 hour for the flavors to meld.

6. Serve

Pour over lots of ice.
Garnish with fruit.

Fizzy Version

Add right before serving:

  • 1 cup ginger ale
    or

  • 1 cup lemon–lime soda

Stronger Rum Punch

Increase dark rum to ¾ cup.

Tropical Upgrade

Add:

  • ½ cup passion fruit juice

  • ½ cup mango nectar

Spicy Island Twist

Add:

  • 1 thin slice of ginger

  • Extra bitters

Less Sweet Version

Reduce grenadine or replace with:

  • 1 tbsp pomegranate juice

  • 1 tbsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)

ANOTHER RECIPES

INGREDIENTS 

  • Mix 1 ounce of coconut rum with 1 ounce of dark rum, 
  • 1 ounce of light rum, 
  • 1 ounce of spiced rum, 
  • 4 ounces of pineapple juice, 
  • 2 ounces of orange juice, and 
  • 1 ounce of grenadine.
