ππ Caribbean Rum Punch (Pineapple + Orange Juice)
Ingredients (makes ~4–6 servings)

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup orange juice

½ cup grenadine (for sweetness + color)

½ cup light rum
-
½ cup dark rum (adds deep Caribbean flavor)

¼ cup coconut rum (optional but AMAZING)

2 tbsp fresh lime juice
-
Dash of Angostura bitters (optional but traditional)
For garnish:

Orange slices
-
Pineapple chunks
-
Maraschino cherries
-
Fresh mint

Ice
πΉ Instructions
1. Mix the juices
In a large pitcher, combine:

Pineapple juice
-
Orange juice
-
Lime juice
Stir well.
2. Add the rums
Pour in:

Light rum
-
Dark rum
-
Coconut rum (if using)
Mix.
3. Sweeten and color
Add the grenadine (it also gives the classic sunset look).
4. Add bitters
A couple of dashes of Angostura bitters add authentic Caribbean spice and balance.
5. Chill
Refrigerate at least 1 hour so flavors blend.
6. Serve
Pour into glasses filled with crushed ice or cubed ice.
Garnish with pineapple, orange slices, and a cherry.

1. Island-Strong Version
Increase dark rum to ¾ cup and add a splash of 151 rum floated on top (optional, strong!).
